Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using Stockavo. By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Using the service
You may use Stockavo only for legitimate business operations and in line with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business information you enter into Stockavo. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or use it to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Plans, fees, and changes
Paid plan details, limits, and fees are presented at the time of purchase or agreement. We may change the service over time, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active customers.
Billing and renewal
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to your payment method on file until it is cancelled. If you switch between paid plans, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. If a payment cannot be collected after reasonable retries, your organization may be moved to the free Starter plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Pricing page in the app by switching to the Starter plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: your paid features stay available until then, you will not be charged again, and your organization then moves to the Starter plan. Your data is kept; only the plan limits change.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@stockavo.shop and we will review it.
Availability and support
We work to keep Stockavo reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or respond to non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, including by having your organization's Owner permanently delete it and all of its data from Settings — this starts a 30-day period during which it can still be restored, after which the deletion is final and cannot be undone.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
